Bio: Evan Arredondo was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. His first introduction to Mixed Martial Arts was in 2006 at a gathering for UFC 60: Matt Huges vs Royce Gracie. Since that day Evan wanted get into martial arts. He begged his parents to enroll him into a local martial arts academy but his parents couldn’t afford to. In middle school Evan had a group of neighborhood friends who were also UFC fans. They would get together, look up technique on YouTube, try it out, and then stap on MMA gloves and fight each other. In 2009 Evan became a freshman in High School. He joined the wrestling team so he could learn the grappling aspect of fighting. In 2013 Evan ended up taking 6th at the state tournament his senior year. Right afterwards he enroll him self at a local Martial Arts Academy where he took up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. In 2019 Evan decided to take his fighting career to the next level and moved to Colorado to join Elevation Fight Team.
